Metaphysio does more than just restorative care! Christine Keller also offers personal training to help you maintain your health and achieve your fitness goals in the most safe and effective way.

In addition to her background in dance, Christine Keller is a certified yoga teacher (200 hr) through SARVA Yoga Academy. She has been practicing yoga for almost half her life and has experienced many styles while studying with various teachers across the world.  Incorporating physical therapy principles and techniques guarantees each practitioner to have a fruitful and healing practice.

Metaphysio offers private, semi-private and group yoga sessions as well as Stand-Up Paddle Board yoga (seasonal).

After many years of treating and rehabilitating injured dancers, Christine Keller saw a void in the fitness regimen of most dancers. Knowing she had a toolbox of valuable knowledge to help dancers prevent injury and increase longevity she designed a cross-training, strengthening program based in physical therapy principles and body mechanics to improve each dancer’s technique and decrease the likelihood of injuries. DancerFit by Metaphysio offers a unique fitness experience that will help any dancer (or non-dancer) achieve the flexibility and strength needed to perform with ease and freedom.
